One of the main goals for Hackmann Lawn and Landscape is to provide quality landscape services for homeowners to enjoy. We have a lot of homeowners that are capable of doing their own work, but after putting in a long day's work of their own, they just don’t want to spend the time working in the yard. Time is valuable, and they would rather spend it relaxing in the areas we create.
From unfinished project to fantasy yard
Landscaping client Mr. Wilcockson of St. Louis County contacted us needing help with his landscape, I was quick to set up an appointment to meet with him and his fiancée. Upon arriving at his property, we noticed that Mr. Wilcockson had already done extensive landscaping work - having started to develop yard features including boulder walls, waterfalls, and more.
As with many clients, Mr. Wilcockson called us because he had big goals, but he simply did not have enough time to finish the extensive work needed to create the fantastic yard he had in mind. Most of the property was complete, with the exception of the side yard. The owners had started a walkway and garden project, but it was unfinished. They sought out our expertise to assist in landscape design and finishing of the stone path and garden, so that they could spend their time enjoying their yard, rather than working on it.
We met with the Wilcockson family to learn more about their vision and developed a plan. Once approved, we were able to fully finish their dream yard project with our crew in just one day. At the end of the day, the property was cleaned and the plants were watered. The owners were notified that they could come home to a finished product to enjoy!
